On Friday morning they came to pick up the pods and took them away.
Loaded them on the truck and away our stuff went....
We left Saturday morning around 7AM and drove to Omaha, Nebraska. We were very blessed and had great weather the whole way! Here is a picture of the Winter's Quarter's temple in Nebraska.
While in Nebraska, we got pulled over for going only 6 mph over! When the cop came to the window he saw our dog and also asked for her health records. We had no idea what he was talking about...apparently when you travel with an animal across state lines you have to carry their shot records in your car. Daisy was going between both cars, so it was in the other one. Luckily he gave us a warning for speeding and not having her records. Can't have a road trip without a little adventure!

My little town exit :) See how beautiful it is outside, it stay this way until the 1st of January, when we got our first "real" snow fall!
We are home! We unloaded the cars and then headed down to New Berlin to drop Angela and Seth off and see Pete's parents.
We didn't see our pods until Thursday and I was SO ready to get my stuff! Of course the day they delievered it was unbelievably windy so we were unloading everything while fighting the wind (hence no pictures). We had lots of help, which was really nice.
The past 3 weeks have been fabulous! I will do separate posts for everything we have done. Pete starts his internship on Tuesday and I will start my job hunt! Love and miss you all in Utah!
Side note: Can someone explain how to get the white (or any color) border around your pictures?

Oh that is so cool to see pictures! Glad you made it there and got your stuff safe and sound. Can't believe you have to have animal records while traveling, who knew. Can't wait to hear more of your adventures!
You get the border by added a caption to the picture...after you post the picture click near the bottom right corner and it will say add caption :-) hopefully this helps!! That is how I do it!
